Default New to the site and have a quick question

Hi, I am new here and an searing for some info. on The 4 day diet by Dr. Ian Smith - it's his newest book. I have finished the 28 days I really liked the diet plan it was very easy to follow and I actually didn't cheat or anything. My question is can or should I start the Fat smash diet or do I need to wait a while ? Someone told me that you should not do a detox more than once every 3 to 6 months, both books start with a detox. Has anyone finished the 4 day diet and what did you do when you were finished? I lost 12 lbs. and still want to lose around 20 more.
Thanks for any help you give.

I don't look at the Fat Smash phase 1 as a detox at all really. I know some ppl do both back and forth to break plateaus so I don't think it's a problem.
