Good morning. Just finished working out, making breakfast and starting a load of clothes. Figured it was time to take a break.

Vacations are tiring..LOL
Solly...you were right. I was doing a four mile video this morning. I missed yesterday and it bugged me like crazy. I did a tiny bit of strength training but we were gone all day and I am not good at working out in the evenings. Plus I had missed lunch. The guys ate at James Coney Island and they only healthy choice was a half an apple. I ate it but by 6 when we got home I was about to eat my own arm.

Had a few no-no's while I made dinner.

Does the sodium in the restaurant foods effect your weight loss? It seems like when we eat out I have water gain the next day or so. The eggplant dip sounds SO good.

You are getting closer and closer to your goal. Do you have plans to survive the holidays?

I'm in charge of dressing and I'm so afraid I will nibble and nibble until I have a gazillion calories. I have to taste it to make sure the seasoning is right but I don't know if I can stop at one bite. Luckily I don't have to taste the banana pudding or I'd dive in head first. There are just certain foods that are almost impossible to eat a tiny bit of. My mom is making me some green beans so I'm hoping to fill up on things like that and not the fattier side dishes.
It is freezing

in here this morning. They are saying we are getting close to freezing outside tonight. I hope my poor little garden doesn't freeze. It isn't big enough yet.
