Morning Crystle- We were posting at the same time. Sorry you won't be able to share those tips anymore I really enjoyed them.
|
Good morning. Just popping in for a quick visit. Haven't really got started yet this morning. Going to have oatmeal and blueberries for breakfast. Its cool here today. Hopefully it will warm up.
Crystle- Hope the guys get a hog. My son got one last time we were visiting and it was so good Your food always sounds so good. My hubby isn't a big veggie eater so its so hard to cook for him. And be healthy. Mercee- Way to go on the walking. You're my hero..... Congrads on the dresses fitting. What a great inspiration. Will be back later. |
Hello everyone! I had to drive Tom to work today since his car is still in the shop and I needed to use mine. I did not want to miss water aerobics. Class was good...and tiring. I found out last week when I overslept that the class had been canceled anyway! Over the weekend I helped Tom some outside in the garden and I am paying for it now. My lungs feel like they are full of pollen, and I am tired and achy. I need to get off here in a few and go to the store. But, I am procrastinating bad!
Not much new to report. On Friday, Tom's office had a pot luck luncheon. Most of the folks he works with are Indian, and they all brought fabulous Indian foods. He brought me some samples. One was a soft steamed bread made from rice and urad dal. (a split lentil kind of dry bean) Over the weekend, we went on a quest, and found the forms to cook the little breads in, and got some batter from the Indian grocery store. I made a hot sambar- a kind of spicy stew- with veggies and we had the idli with the stew. I am working on my own adaptation of the recipes I found using brown rice. If it works out, I will share it. Once you make the batter of the dal and rice, you let it sit at room temperature to ferment. There is no leavening in it..so it is a little like sourdough. They go SO well with the spicy stew. And I was delighted to find a soft bread that is totally vegan, low fat and gluten free! Tom actually got part of the garden done and planted over the weekend. He put in spinach and lettuce seeds in a shady area, hoping it will not be too hot for us to get something out of it. He will plant collards in that area mid summer. Its a new area he tilled and prepared. He started tilling the big garden area yesterday and hopes to finish and plant the stuff we bought plus seeds Tuesday. Seems we are always a bit late....but he has been having deadlines at work around garden planting time, then there are taxes to be done...does it ever end? Ok, off to the store! Talk to you all later! |
Good afternoon ladies.
My weekend was busy and some unexepcted events so eating was way off. As usual. We did not go to the big fireworks display to kick off Derby. Over 700,00 people is just too many people coming and going at one time for me. I will wait until the baby is older and we have to go. We watch most of the air show on TV and the fireworks also. Though, I slept through most of the fireworks. seem one, seen them all. Not really with this but I didn't care. Yesterday we had the baby's 9 mo pictures made ane they are adorable. So many good ones, it was hard to choose. Then they left him with me while they went to get a new car seat and then they spent a couple hours installing it so then it was dinner time, so we just ordered pizza. So I got to spend quite a bit of time with his this weekend. Toni, I am so proud you are eating great and walking. One day of cheating is fine. Just getting back on track is the key. I need to learn how to do that. Crystle, enjoy your vacation and your quiet time. Hope your son gets a hog. I am going to miss your daily tips. Mercee, I can just tell how excited you are about your smaller clothes fitting. I can hear the excitement in your typing. Great walk. Pretty soon you will blow away while you are walking. Ellen, glad you found some bread you can eat. You are so adventurous. I wish I were more like you. I am in a rut with food. Well got to run. Have a great evening. It has been chilly here. I plan on walking after dinner tonight. |
Tore it up!
I am so excited. Not only did I walk today I walked hard. It was great. My niece went with me so I was driven to walk her hard and show her that even her old aunt can turn it up a notch..LOL She was whining, it was great. She is beginning to have some weight issues since graduating so I'm hoping this will encourage her to get started. She is actually still out there walking with my youngest. She came halfway through my workout so she wants to finish up.
Lunch was a fiber bar. I'm looking forward to something more substantial for dinner. I skipped breakfast and didn't get the munchies until around 2 and decided just to have a snack. I'm not hungry but I'm sure once I cool off and it gets a bit closer to dinner I will be. I'm hoping to find another short newsletter that I can share with ya'll. Ellen...your garden is sounding wonderful. Now is a really good time to get those collards planted unless you think it will freeze in your area. They say they like heat but I found the spring and early fall collards grow the best. My swish chard is going crazy right now. It has been growing since last Sept. but is going through a growth spurt right now. My beets are going to seed so I'm very excited about that. If I can harvest those I know I'll never run out of beets because I'm planting one whole garden of them when winter rolls around again. I should be planting my squashes as I'm behind but I'm being lazy. Solly...can't wait to see the pictures of your grand baby. Sorry you missed the fireworks. Toni..thank you for the well wishes. I can hardly wait to find out if they get one. Gotta go post my exercise at spark people. I don't get a lot of points there so every little bit helps..LOL Love and hugs, Crystle |
Crystle, You go girl. What a super job! I hope you can be an inspiration to your niece. It is important to be mindful of your weight while you are young. It is so much harder for us old gals.
Where is everyone today? We just finished a bid and luckily we were the low bidder. Now I hope everything falls into place with it. The last 3 were were low on, something happened and they were rebid or something else. Going to my DD's tonight so my DH can help my SIL lower the baby bed. The baby is pulling up now and we don't want him to topple out. I hope to get a walk in tonight. My legs feel better today, but yesterday I wore pain patches so that might be the reason. I've got to find out what is wrong with them. I am missing out on exercising they hurt so badly. Toni, Ellen and Mercee, hope you are having a gret day. |
Howdy all- Had some running around to do today. We went and picked out a new couch. Its a queen sized sleeper. Its not exactley the color I wanted but it will do. And we so needed a couch. They'll deliver it Thursday or Friday. Depending on our deck guys that are suppposed to built our deck tomorrow. Hope they get right on it and it doesn't rain. Eating didn't go so good had some taco's at taco bell for lunch.
Solly- Get that baby bed fixed. That little one is growing. I swear I go one step forward and two back with the eating. Crystle- You're doing so good. Hope you got to walk today. I haven't yet but will try to later. Well better go do something. I just woke up from a nap. |
Whoopie I lost 1lb. this week. I'm at my ticker weight at last.
|
Morning ladies:
I am happy to report I am down 2lbs. I will walk the woods again today. I am getting addicted to walking. (whoever would have thought it) LOL Toni- Congrats on your loss. Great job. Keep up the good work. Crsytle- Great job walking. It is so funny I walk with my neice also she is getting ready to go on a cruise and ordred all of her dresses 1 size smaller and now she can get them on but they are still tight. She and her hubby are not leaving until mid-June so she still has time. I told her I am simply walking for my health. Solly- I hope your legs are feeling better. I also hope you bid is accepted. It is great how much you enjoy your grandchild. Ellen- Your garden sounds wonderful. Have a great day everyone. I will try and check in later. |
Mercee- Congrads on the nice loss. Keep up that walking.....
Okay now where are you all? Get your butt over here... |
Good afternoon ladies.
Just went to lunch with a friend. I had 1/2 egg salad on ww and cup of tomato soup. Not great but not too bad. I am actually down 3 lbs since last week. I am not excted about it b/c with my scale it depends on where you stand and with the water wt who knows. Clothes don't feel any different. Mercee, congrats on your loss :cheer: I love your attitude about doing it for your health instead of wt loss. Maybe that attitude will help you keep going and keep it off. I hope your niece loses what she needs before her trip. If she continues to walk with you, she should have no problem. Toni, congrats on your loss too. You are under the 200 mark and that is wonderful  I wouldn't worry about the tacos. Probably not the worst thing you could have eaten. I hope they get your deck built, we are supposed to get rain on Friday so I guess you will get it sooner. I love getting new furniture. How did you like BL last night? It was so sad. I watched my soap right before that and it was so sad and then BL was sad, I was crying all night. Everyone left is a tight group, I don't know who will go home next week. I really hope they do the makeover show soon. I can't wait to see if they cut off Michael and Darius' hair. Both of them need a change. I bet Sam will go next if he falls below the line. He sure looks great. I have bunco tonight. That is never good eating, or should I say healthy eating and drinking. But boy am I looking forward to it. Have a great eveing. |
Just a quick check in. I just remembered to weigh myself! I am down one pound! It may have been more if I had weighed this morning, but I will just claim one and give myself a jump start for next week! ;)
I am working on a painting - I am using a picture I took of my grand daughter a few months ago when we were out for lunch. I love the photo, and I want it to turn out well. I am feeling a bit afraid to jump in and get the colors on the skin though. I finished the painting I was doing for class last night and brought it home. I posted a picture of it on facebook and have gotten some nice comments. CONGRATS! to all the losers this week! COUNTRY: According to my farmer boy husband, collards are a winter crop..you plant them in the mid summer to harvest after the first frost. He claims they taste better with some frost on them! :) I tried to talk him into Swiss chard, but no go! At least he planted spinach! |
Good evening!
Howdy ya'll. We are having a blast on vacation. Not doing a lot but doing it together and breaking our routine. I did go to the eye doctor today and other than needing readers my eyes are GREAT. Far away is not a problem. He said over the counter readers are fine so I can keep on using them. I do need to go up a magnification to keep from having to strain. Probably gonna go up to a 1.50...a 1.75 wouldn't hurt. :)
Those of you over at facebook know my eating is a shame shame shame. :dizzy: Before yesterday's buffet I was gonna be down some weight but now I am about the same. Hopefully the mushrooms won't up it a pound. Tomorrow I am truly gonna be back on the water an healthier foods. I really miss you guys and hope to be a better poster/responder soon. Love and hugs, Crystle P.S. Caught a bass at the pond tonight and Jess caught a cat..woo hoo :carrot::carrot: We threw them back. :) |
Morning! I am heading out in just a bit to visit with an old friend. Her daughter and husband live in an apartment in her basement, and she keeps my granddaughter while my daughter is working. SO, we will have lunch, and I will get some Bella time! We are planning on going to some kind of Asian fusion place, so I am assuming I can find low fat vegan stuff.
I woke up this morning with more aches and pains than normal. This is a good sign, in some ways. As you lose weight, the fat cells will release stored toxins, and if you have certain health problems, like RA, or Lupus, joint problems can flare. I have Lupus, and I am figuring my joint problems that have flared some of late are from weight loss. I am going to double up on the water and hope to flush them out soon. Not much else to report, so I will go get dressed and get this day in motion! Have a good one, everyone! |
Morning ladies:
This board sure has come alive. I walked in the woods on the trail yesterday and I feel good. I guess the next couple of days I will be back to the treadmill it is suppose to rain all weekend starting tomorrow. I'm blessed to have a treadmill. I won't complain. Solly- Congrats on your great loss. Hope you enjoyed bunco last night. Ellen- Congrats to ou on your loss. I bet your painting is beautiful. Enjoy your lunch. Crystle= I'm glad you are enjoying your vacation, continut to have a wonderful time. Toni- I know you will check in soon . I hope you are having a great day. Gotta go. Have a great day everyone. I am wearing another dress that was to small beofre. Yipee. |
Happy Earth Day everyone. They're working on the deck again today and only will have to come back next week and put up the tin on the roof. Also the new couch should be delivered this afternoon. So we're all set. Just had a poached egg on toast and a tiny glass of juice. Now hope I get off my butt and walk on the treadmill soon.
Solly- Are you having a busy day today? Ellen-Hope you have a good visit with your friend and find the right food to eat. That would be a real job here. They only know fried stuff and lots of meat here in this small town. Mercee- Its raining here too. And we're supposed to get all week. Couldn't happen at a worse time. Keep up on that treadmill. Crystle- Enjoy your vacation, we all need a break now and then. Okay off I go...... |
Good morning or should I say afternoon ladies. I have been cleaning up some presentation books and storing them away. So my morning has been busy thank goodness. When we are bidding lots of work we are craqzy busy, but when not, it is so slow. I hate slow.
Bunco was enjoyable. I won a nice tray for summer. Mercee, Nothing like shopping in your closet. It's a good eeling to wear those smaller lothes and it is free! Keep up the good work. Crystle, enjoy your family time. you are quiet the fisherwoman. Glad you can get by with just readers for now. Bi-focals loom in the future. Toni, hurry up and send us that rain. We need to get it overwith for all the Derby festivities next week and of course for Derby day. Hope you enjoy your couch. Ellen, Hope you have a nice lunch with your friend and your granddaughter. I have never heard that about the pain with wt loss. When I lost those 105 lbs awhile ago, I don't remember noticing more pain other than my back pain. Congrats on your l lb. I'm off to check out Ellen's picture on FB and Crystle's shameful eating. ha-ha. Have a great day  |
Good afternoon
Howdy ya'll. Today's eating has been okay. Not legal but not excessive. The guys are getting some more worms so we can do a little fishing this evening. It's kinda cloudy and windy today so we were not able to get out to the lake like we had hoped. But it worked out as I got some chores done.
Solly...congratulations on winning your tray. It's always fun to win. If you are like me it doesn't have to be big though big is nice too..LOL Toni..how cool you are getting a deck. I bet you will just love being outside using it. Mercee..wtg walking and using your treadmill. Exercise is the main missing factor of my weight loss. I'm lacking motivation. I'll have it super strong for a day or two then waffle. I have been faithful with my strength training though. Ellen..I had such a blast with you on facebook yesterday. We were at the pond and the guys asked me what I was giggling about. ((Everybody)) You ladies ROCK! Love and hugs, Crystle |
Goodness the board is slow today.
Killing time until tiome to go home. It is boring when we are slow. No big plans for the weekend other than shopping all day tomorrow. DH is playing in a golf outing and I have to find something to wear to the track on Thursday, party that evening and then a top for a Derby party on Sat. Wehave been invited to a breakfast for the Oaks on Friday with Guy Ferriri (sp) from the Food network. That should be fun. I will just wear what I wear to the track on Thursday. I'm sure it won't be fun when nothing fits and looks horrible. I can't wait to get to the new dr in a couple weeks. Scale is moving down but my clothes are feeling it. We went for a mile walk last night but DH had already taken one walk with the dog and today he jumped off the bed and hurt his leg. DH said he was fine at lunch. But I wonder if the walks were too much for him. He has something wrong with his hip and she said be careful of his jumping. We keep telling him not to jump, but he doesn't listen. ha-ha. My youngest is taking the gRE as I write this. Say a prayer he passes so she can start in the masters program next month. She has sure studied hard for it. Crystle, enjoy your fishing tonight. Our weather is cool and rainy here. Ellen, Toni & Mercee, hope you all have a great weekend. I will try to check in this weekend. |
Happy Sat. all.....
|
I've had a great Sunday. We went to Lowe's garden dept. and I got my herbs for the big herb pot I do yearly. Got some basil, chives, parsley, thyme and rosemary. Can't wait to get them all planted and growing good. I also got a nice strawberry plant. We stopped and had a breakfast for lunch and it wasn't legal. I've got to buckle down and get back to eating right. But its been a good Sunday....
|
Sunday evening 8:00 and I am just sitting down. I got my hair done at 8:30 this morning and then cleaned house, ate a quick lunch and ran to the grocery. Then DD & I ran out to Kohls to check out a dress and then we fixed dinner and ran and got a spray tan and now I am sitting down.
Saturday we shopped for 8 hours looking for a dress and some type of top. Exhausting and discouraging. Everthing looked horrible. My DD was so disguested with herself too. This is going to be a busy week but come Sunday or Monday I am back to the gym and exercising. I go to the new dr and I will have a new resolve. Toni, sounds like you had a nice Sunday. Did your deck get finished? Are all your herbs in separare pots? I love to cook with fresh herbs. I'm just good at it. I will try some this year too. We don't plant our flowers or anything else until after Derby just to make sure there is no frost. Looks like a nasty rainy week. The oinly clear day is Thursday and that is the day of the big party and the day we go to the track. You just don't ever know what to wear with the crazy weather. Crystal, hope you are enjoying the last day of your vacation. Ellen and Mercee, hope you had a great weekend. Pardon all my typos, I am using my DD's computer and it has such a different touch. Talk to you all tomorrow. Sweat dreams  |
Solly- The herbs are in indivial pots but I put them one long plastic tub. But I can bring it in if it starts to freeze. I'll do my tomatoes in buckets later on. We got our deck finished and I think this week we'll be getting a ceiling fan for it and maybe a chimney pot to put on it. I really do love sitting out and grilling. We've had rain for days. Sounds like you shopped till you dropped!!!! Have a good evening......
|
Good morning
Well, vacation is over and back to real life. :) I will not even begin to share all my food indiscretions as the list would take up this whole board. Part of the over eating I was okay with and the part I was not. Mindless eating always upsets me with myself. I could have not eaten the chips and things like that and would have felt better about the whole thing. But it is what it is and the scales reflect that this morning. Good thing weigh in is Wed. maybe I will be able to hope for staying the same this week if I can do well for the next couple of days.
The vacation itself was nice. We spent a lot of time reflecting on how blessed we are and just enjoying each other. We spent time at our pond and even made it to the lake once. The guys actually went twice. They snuck back last night after we came home. I used that to get some quiet time. Toni...your herb garden is going to be so nice. I love the way they smell when the wind blows. This weekend I used some dill from the garden for the first time. It was really tasty and added a lot of flavor to the refrigerator pickles. They were just cucumber slices with balsamic vinegar, agave syrup, a touch of salt and a sprig of dill. By day two the dill was more pronounced. Solly...try not to let trying on clothes keep your down. Trying on clothes always reminds me of how far I have to go instead of how far I have come. And in your case you have come a long way and are doing GREAT. You'll get where you are headed. And the derby sounds so fun. Just told my hubby your were gonna met Guy and I was jealous in a good way. :carrot: Ellen...hope you are having a great workout this morning. I've yet to make it out the door as you can see. Trying to catch up. Mercee..thank you so much for the well fished on vacation. It was very nice. The weather threatened to be nasty but a lot of it went around us and we just had to battle with the wind. You are doing awesome with your trail walking. Keep up the good work. ((everybody)) Hope this is the start of a SUPER week. Remember each of you is truly a blessing and the BEST you there is. God bless, Crystle |
Good afternoon ladies:
I had a nice weekend even though it rained hard this whole weekend. Friday night we had family movie night at home with our sons, oldesest son's fiancee and hubby and me. We had a great time. Saturday went shopping hubby and me and Sunday church. I took my friend's daughter shopping to help her get a b-day gift for her mom after church yesterday. Crystle- It is great you enjoyed your vacation so much. I'M sure you will get your eating back together this week. Don't be so hard on yourself you were on vacation. Solly- Sometimes shopping can be so depressing sometimes we just don't find what we are looking for. Don't let it get you down. I hope you and your new dr really hit it off. Sometimes we need to get inspired again. Toni- Glad to hear your deck is finished. I hope you really enjoy it. Gotta go now. Have a great day everone. |
Its kind of a gloomy cool day here. I didn't get to set out on my deck this morning. The wind is also blowing. I had a bowl of oatmeal and fresh blueberries. Need to get busy. Have some kitchen work to do.
Crystle- Hope you get back to eat right soon. I know you will. A vacation is just what we need sometimes. And well worth eating a little over. I've had kind of a bad week of eating too. Mercee- Sounds like a lovely week end. Ours was busy and nice. Going to finish watching Rachael Ray then get busy. Hello Ellen, and Solly.... |
Ut oh...twice in one day
I'm on a roll. :carrot: Look posting faithful. Okay, it is only one day but it is a start..LOL Got in a great walk this morning. A little slower than I would have hoped but I walked as fast as I could this morning and got in two 15 minute miles. Short of jogging that is all I could do. I also got in my counter push-ups. Eating was right on track. A corn tortilla with a little scrambled egg, mushroom, pepper, and onions. I lined the tortilla with some refrigerator pickles. Talk about delicious. They added just the right amount of punch to really amp up the flavor. I'm trying hard to really enjoy my food so I don't feel deprived. Which brings me to a question I have. I don't have to munch on meat to feel satisfied but often times I need the flavor, example beans. Do ya'll have any ideas for making things tasty without the meat fat?
I've already hung out one load of clothes today and changed the bed linen. Fixing to hang another. Getting early this morning has made a huge difference in my energy level. Hope and pray ya'll are having a super day. God bless, Crystle |
Hi ladies, almost time to head home but I wanted to pop in.
I have to run home and eat and then go get a pedicure. I am so vain. Forgive me. My baby will be there when I get home and I know I won't want to leave. Dinner will be a pot pie. I normally use ww pie crusts, but did not have time to get out to Whole Foods so they are regular ones. Rest of eating today has been great. Mercee, how nice of you to take your friend shopping. Your movie nights sounds fun. DD & I watched Up In the Air on Sat. It was OK. Toni, It's a shame you cannot enjoy your deck this weekend and week. Maybe the weather man will miss it and it will turn out nice soon. I love to sit out on our patio and enjoy a glass of wine. Crystle, back to reality now. Great job on your walking today. That is a pretty good clip at 15 minute mile. Keep it up and Wed will be better than you think. Ellen, hope you are having a great day. Have a great evening everyone. See you tomorrow  |
Goodness, where is everyone?
Sitting here having a protein shake. Yummy. This morning I had the genetic counseling and then the BRAC test to see if I carry the breast cancer gene. I only did it b/c my girls want to be tested and I have to be tested first. There is a 95 chance I carry it. It takes 2 weeks to get the results. It was very informative and interesting and very expensive. $3,500.00! But I have met my deductible and I met 3 of the criteria points for my insurance to pay for it. The weather here is horrible, rain, rain and more rain. It is a shame to ruin all the derby festivities. It is supposed to be nice Thursday and that is the day of the big parade and the day we go to the track and a big derb party. We lucked out but they are calling for rain for the Oaks and Derby. No big plans for tonight. Fixing parmesean chicken for dinner. Hope everyone is having a great day. |
Howdy
Just got back from the dentist. Yuck. My youngest and I have some work we need done. Wish I could bury my head in the sand. But praise God it could have been worse.
I came home and had a fried egg sandwich. Figured that would be okay since it was breakfast and lunch. Solly...praying you don't have the gene and neither will your girls. ((hugzz)) ((Everybody)) Love and hugs, Crystle |
Good afternoon:
Really busy at work just wanted to check in quickly. I walked the trail in the woods 3.6 miles on yesterday. I am doing fine. Soly- I hope all of your test come back fine. Crystle- I hate going to the dentist myself. Gotta run. Have a great day all. |
Oh my gosh we've been gone all day grocery shopping and stuff. I'm exhausted to will just say hi.
Solly- I hope the tests don't come back you have the gene. Or your girls either. Crystle- The dentist freaks me out. Mercee- Good going on the walk... Sorry have to go rest. |
Just wanted to pop in and say hello. I am looking forward to weighing in in the morning, as yesterday the scale was lookin' good! :)
My internet has been down for two days...so I am behind. Sorry to be MIA...hopefully it will be smooth sailing now! I love having a geek for a husband! :) |
Good morning ladies:
I am glad to report I am down 1lb. I will take it. That's one pound less of me. I will just keep going until I reach my goal. Ellen- I missed you aroung here, How is the vegan plan going for you? Toni- Grocery shopping wears me out sometimes as well. Just think themn you have to go home and put everything away. I wonder if it counts as exercise. LOL Well ladies I will check in later. Have a great day everyone. I am looking forward to walk in the woods this evening. |
Good morning SB friends... I'm happy to say I'm down 1.5 lbs. So I'm doing the happy dance today. :carrot: Just had some oatmeal.
Mercee- Congradulations on the lb. Whoopie!!!!!! Happy dance for you too:carrot: Ellen- I'm glad you're up and running... Be back later.... |
Happy WIW, I hope for everyone.
I was down 1 pound. I was fluctuating between numbers so I wills tick eith the 1 and have a jump on next week hopefully. Mercee, what a great walk. I never think of Chicago as having woods. It has been so rainy & cold here, we can't walk outside. Ellen, hope the scale is good to you today and glad you are backw ith us. Toni, Hope you got some rest from your grocery trip. I went Sunday and just noticed last night that my fridge was bare. I thought BL was really good last night. It is getting to a hard point. You hate to see anyone leave. Crystle, Ugh, I feel your pain. I hate dentists. They have to give me gas to get out of the car LOL. Finally the sun is shining but it is still very cool. There was frost on the grass this morning. I am ready for some warm weather. Wonder if Tech got all that snow that northern NY got. Good luck today and have a great one. |
Toni, Congrats on the big loss. :cheer: you are on the right track.
Mercee, Congrats on your 1 lb also. You are amazing. |
Solly- We were posting at the same time. Congrads on the 1lb. loss. Isn't it great to be going down. Yes BL was good last night. I hated ONeal had to go home. But really Sunny needs to go on her own for a bit.
|
Good morning
Congratulations to all this weeks losers. I am not one of them but there is no surprise there. The good news is that I've walked three days in a row and I also have three days of mowing under my belt. At least I"m being active. Now to just get the eating lined out.
((Everybody)) I'm so proud of how well everyone is doing with their diet and exercise. Ya'll are such a motivation to me. God bless, Crystle |
I have frittered the morning away playing online. I overslept and missed water aerobics, which was probably ok since I am not feeling too well and might just need to rest.
I weighed this morning...I was down two pounds! Woo hoo! I was pretty excited. I need to change my ticker... My blood sugar levels are not coming down as well as I would like but they will eventually if I keep losing. Congratulations to the losers this week! I need to go find some lunch and will try and check back in later. I have a few pieces down in the garagio that MUST be finished soon and I need to trim. Its so hard getting back into the groove when I have not worked in so long.... |
