Im new here, get married this summer and trying desperately to lose weight!
Started Xenical 2 days ago and I am finding it OK... no side effects
I think the 'rules' I am following are wrong tho....
I have been working out the percentage of the calories from fat and making sure it stays under 30
taking fat gramm X 9 (9 calories in a gram of fat) then dividing by the calories and X 100 = % of calories made up from fat... if its more than 30% i dont touch it, seems to be working ok but I get the feeling I'm reading too much into it!
what rules do you follow?
