Hi,
I have stayed the same over the holidays-194.
kd-the main reason Faith has lost so much in so little time is because the first few pounds go pretty quickly-When I got back on track the first 4 or 5 came off in a week. The lower her weight goes, the slower the loss will be. Since Faith and I weigh more than you right now-it is normal for our weight to come off a bit faster, since the more you weigh, the more calories your body burns in a day. When I get close to goal weight, it can take 2 weeks for me to lose 1 pound.

TY faith yes, it does seem to be moving. i traded in my lowfat cgheese for a meal replacement, went to bed w/o cocoa, and started lifting weights each day, alternating arms and legs. my first big goal is 166.2 by 1-31, so i am currently 6.8 away from it.
