Default Movie Recommendations

Sunday night when my bf gets home from work, I would like to sit and watch some horror type movies with him. I don't want anything umm lame or anything bloody/gory. I tend to like the creepy stuffs. Any suggestions?

I love Hitchcock movies for Halloween. I will be watching Psycho for sure.

Ahhh, I wish Paranormal Activity 2 was out in RedBox so I could suggest it to you... it really is great! I saw the first one, thought it was stupid. Had to be dragged to the second one... assuming it would be stupid... but it was amazing!

Anything M. Night Shyamalan. He is a master storyteller and his movies are scary in a suspenseful and thought-provoking way. My favs are "Signs" and "The Village."

The Fourth kind was pretty creepy, I watched it tonight. It's the sort of creepy where you watch it and say "well this really isn't that scary" but then later that night you're like "...I'm going to sleep with the lights on."

For me, anyway.

The Orphanage is a pretty creepy movie. It's in Spanish though, so it might depend on whether you're okay with subtitles.

Taking into account your preferred criteria, I thought Drag Me To **** was super super funny and yet, there were parts that totally creeped me out! Definitely watch this one.

Arsenic and Old Lace. Creepy and hilarious and Cary Grant at his goofiest and most handsome.
