Gary, thank you for the info on Mark Fidrych. He was one of the reasons I got into baseball when I lived in the US. He was such a character.
I was really sad to hear of his passing.

Caroline Chris Carpenter is on the 15 day DL and they sent Thompson down as he sucked last night. Carpenter could be out 8 weeks probably more knowing his luck.

Walters will take Carpenter's spot and Perez will join the bullpen. Boggs will go where he's needed.
