I would love to work with animals. I love animals (although not a big fan of birds). I probably won't ever do it but maybe when I'm ready to retire, I'd look into a retirement job with animals.
awww...nelie? what's up with the bird hatin'? i love birds. amateur bird watcher that's me.
dream job? hmmmm...that's hard. i want to say book editor or peace corps position that would let me have my cats, but since we're dreamin....
I would like to work for Dr. Stephen Pratt, the author of Superfoods RX, Superfoods Healthstyle and the Superfoods Diet. I would develop a program for the Food or Lifestyle Channel based on the SUperfoods. I would love to travel doing seminars or demonstrations of this whole concept....I truly think if everyone managed to change their diets to eat like his program..the world would be just such a healthier place. NOrmal food from normal stores that are just the best things for you...yum. WE could make tomato/black bean/corn and quinoa salad. Blueberry crumbles Honeyed Salmon, Spinach and Kale soups (honest is delicious) etc. Might be a challenge to come up with a way to make Oats thrilling..but I think I could do it LOL
I would like to travel the world filming a tv show that rates spas and other luxury accomodations!
Other than that, I would like to fly planes and helicopters for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and work as a mountie too (not as a civilian pilot). That is what I am losing weight and getting in shape for. RCMP comes first, then I'll see about getting my pilot's license.
I have my dream job. I am the Executive Director of a Charitable Foundation that provides grants for schools to help them expand and enrich their programs and opportunities for children with special needs. Oh, and I've always wanted to be a writer...and this summer I finally started a book that has been rattling around in my head for a couple of years. I am now a couple of hundred pages into it and I LOVE it. The book is going slower than I would like, because my "writing time" is after my kids go to bed and after I finish my exercise program in the evening, but it is soooo worth it because it is just for me.
This is so inspiring! I love reading about those who already have their dream jobs.
I would be a Marine Biologist. And guess what's ironic about that...that's what I am! At least, that's what my degree says, real life is a whole other story. Circumstance has led me to a completely landlocked place and Canada has very little money for jobs like that anyway.
