Gosh, Crazynette, I was very disappointed with the Toronto series. But I wonder if they gave everything to beat up on the Yankees and didn't regroup before going to Toronto. Oh well, onward!!

Well, Angie and I made it home from Colorado with no problems. The wedding was nice and kept us quite busy for the first two days we were there with all the "stuff" going on.

I did get to see some of the OSU ~ NCU games during "happy hour" at the bar ;) And I did see some of the ROCKIES games off and on with the Blue Jays. Saw on the ticker-tape as my GUYS lost 2 of 3 to the POWERFUL! ;) Tampa Bay :devil:RAYS.

:crazy:NETTE ~ Actually Angie flies to Utah on wednesday, I'll have her tell her pilot to tip his wings for ya ;) Too funny about checking the cable to see if could get the ROCKIES games...sounds like something I would do!

DIANE ~ I didn't need to remind the pilot to tip his wings...OH MY! The turbulence we hit coming in took me right out of my seat!!

Angie and I went from Longmont and Loveland down the I 25 to Colorado Springs to see some friends on Sunday. Saw Coors from the road and Invesco Field...what's up with that? It looks like it is caving in with that detail around it...dang Broncos anyway!

My guys are in Seattle now, these late games kill me I fly to the computer to check the scores in the morning.

We finally strung together a few decent inning of pitching, only to lose to the Mets with a walk off homer in extra innings. :( I also heard yesterday that the official number now is 9. Yes, 9. We have 9 players on the DL. Oh, woe is me. Will we ever be able to pull it together?:?:

I don't think they will do it this year. Too many injuries and they're too many games behind the Brewers :(

Diane, make that 8, on another walk-off home run. Did you see the game on Friday? There were so many wierd plays, and missed calls. The Rox just can't catch a break this week. Hopefully something will snap them out of this funk.

Crazynette - Yes, I was watching yesterday. It was unbelievable and so disappointing. They have to find a way out of this. But, you're so right, the entire game was bizarre. I had to feel sorry for the ump... he looked like he could cry when that ball hit him. That HAD to hurt!

Oh well.... there's always next time!!!

Hi Gals ~ I got in to town late yesterday afternoon. So much to catch up on after being gone at weddings and work the last 3 weeks, plus out of town some of next week too! AHHHH!

Did watch my DODGERS get whipped on by those pesky padres. They almost pulled it off, it was a good 3 for 4 series against the D~BACKS for US though. Saw most of those games on TV in the hotel room....such an exciting life I lead :lol::nono:
