Does she sleep through the night yet?
|
I can see the puppy...
dogs in my neighborhood felt like barking all night since it was warm out I guess..... mine didn't say a word...in their crates in the garage gym... wait until later today when they cool down from their 4 mile walk to Starbucks... they will get even! evidently no one is allowed to walk/run/stroll/cruise on our street w/o being barked at.... unless you are the Fed Ex or UPS guy...then you can walk right up as they lay on the entry tile...looking out the screen door...never saying a word.... makes zero sense to me... |
mini van/ red convertible mustang---Hmmmm!!!
|
Actually, Bill, she is one for waking me up in the late evening hours. Squeak toys are evil, haha!
Pitbull terrier, just over two years, a spayed shelter pup (run away that was never picked up), and she is more likely to clean your face off with her tounge than to nip ya. Sees the world by taste, I swear. Sooooooooo, how's y'er Saturday going? |
Wild horse, Karen, wild horse!!!!!
|
416 . . .
. . . 84 to go
With a new pitbull terrier joining the thread, we'll be done right soon now. |
My little contribution to move us toward 500.

If we don't look out Gary will beat us again, we can't allow that !
|
oh yes we can!
|
Is that a double dog dare ?
|
The mustang I wanted was sold when we got there--- but I didn't get the mini van either---who knows? I looked at a Jeep today too...
|
"my name is khan" - sooo sad!!!
What's with my guy friends playing a funny movie like Birdcage right before they make me watch a movie that causes me to leak out of my eyes? That's my two cents for the tk pile. after staying up into the wee hours of the morning, Nearly 4:30am, I better crash... Zzzzzz... |
Zan goes to bed and I wake up at the same time today...different time zones of course....
|
TK still lives !

Light and brown dark saddle shoes with your white pants ? I hope your fashion sense has improved/
|
Sooooooooooooooo....
We there yet? |
I can't believe TK made it throught the night !
|
Welcome back, Zan. This thread needs all the help it can get.
In the 80s I wore platform shoes, I think. In the 50's it was penny loafers or white and black saddle shoes ... not that any of you youngsters care about the 50s. |
I remember Sloppy Joe sweaters and dirty saddle shoes, I bet no one can top that.
|
Well I most certainly do Ruth since I was born in '54!
Now that I think about it Bargoo those brown saddle shoes were worn with my paisley shirts and purple or yellow bell bottom corduroy pants in the early '70's..... see how we come to life when ZAN comes back....yipeee |
And then there were Nehru jackets. I bet EZ wore one of those.
In the sixties I had this great suede vest with a beaded fringe. I was a "cool" suburban mommy - two kids, dog, cat, station wagon and boring husband. Some memories I'd just as soon forget! |
Gary, I can just picture you in your paisley shirt and bell bottoms .......not that I want to. It's kind of like seeing a train wreck , you wish you could forget it but just can't get it out of your mind.
|
HA! if only I knew how to scan!!!!
No nehru for me Ruth but my dad wore them....he was only 19 years older than me. |

(must contain the urge to post directions in ordr to talk EZ through the steps of scanning a photo... The pull of being helpful is very strong.... Side effects of an office job...)
I always wanted a pair of parachute pants.... That's more 80s, though they showed up late 70s. |
I read about Bell Bottoms in high school when we took a course titled "Hippies of the Sixties" who were, reportedly, rather loose with clothing.
And other things. Or so we were taught. I do own some 4.5 inch wide ties that are so beautiful that my DD wore one to her high school one day and won the award for the "Ugliest Item of Clothing." That's right, "Ugliest!" - kids understand nothing. I'm saving them; waiting for them to come back into fashion. |
