GaryYeah= there's a few here at the condos who don'tpick up after their pooches and it's upsetting others. We may have to start takin pictures - either that or we fine them. That really ticks them off.

cathydoe 03-13-2010 10:21 AM

We even pick up poop at home after the dog poops...but we use the plastic bags that the newspaper comes in (people save them for us) and we use bread plastic bags...we have tons...want me to send you some Gary? Has anyone thought about starting a dog poo compost?

Heidi58 03-13-2010 10:27 AM

Our dog stays home so she's easy to clean up after, (though I do bring baggies along when I take her places). At home we rake up after her and dump it in with the grass clippings and other yard waste Cathy, so I suppose we do dog poo compost :p

I get really annoyed with an older man who walks his dogs on the school playground and doesn't clean up after them... He brings them through nearly every day. What is he thinking? :faint:

Ruthxxx 03-13-2010 11:24 AM

$56 fine around here. One jerkhead, known as Numb Nuts Neighbour Norm, used to just let his dog dump anywhere. he had a couple of fines but kept on. One of the vuillagers printed signs that said"This poop belongs to Norm" and started putting them out as appropriate. The problem was solved.

Guess the DIRECT approach works best...

Love it RUTH!!

We use the bags the newspapers come in also....mostly for picking up in the back yard...since sometimes there are tears in the bag....ooouuuuwwww!

At least I can wash up right away at home

zanheltangia 03-13-2010 06:16 PM

BillBlueEyes 03-13-2010 09:36 PM

Ruthxxx 03-14-2010 07:42 AM

EZMONEY 03-14-2010 08:48 AM

bargoo 03-14-2010 11:05 AM

zanheltangia 03-15-2010 09:05 AM

HaPpY b-DaY!

Now if my cellphone breaks during a power outage, I would be in huge trouble!

cathydoe 03-15-2010 01:22 PM

Today is the I D E S OF M A R C H:

The Ides of March is celebrated every year by the Rome Hash House Harriers with a toga run in the streets of Rome, in the same place where Julius Caesar was killed.

Ruthxxx 03-15-2010 06:26 PM

Regimental dress with the togas, I assume?

And Happy Birthday, Mrs Augie. :balloons: :cb: :carrot: and other dancing stuff!

zanheltangia 03-15-2010 08:01 PM

Toga! Toga! Toga!

Chug, chug, chug!

Ruthxxx 03-16-2010 05:35 AM

Chew some garlic and carry a bottle of retsina and you'll pass.

Good morning. Today I pack for Florida and it had better be nice weather down there because it's really nice here! I will be checking in so behave!

zanheltangia 03-16-2010 07:53 AM

Just had 4 inches of rain last friday, and should have some more tomorrow, but after that it's touch and go. This is from the North Brevard County forecast for this week here in Florida.

Where are ya goin' in Florida, Ruth?

ButterFly49 03-16-2010 09:22 AM

GOOD MORNING
Here's hoping I get to see the BIG YELLOW ORG in the sky today - instead of the grey clouds filled with moisture.:carrot:

cathydoe 03-16-2010 09:51 AM

ButterFly49 03-16-2010 10:52 AM

zanheltangia 03-17-2010 10:18 AM

Nope, as I seem to be surrounded by said color daily... I've got a pair of little green men too!

I need to take a pic of them one day so I can post 'em here...

Would love to see the 'little green men'.

zanheltangia 03-17-2010 02:40 PM

Been a quite afternoon in here, don't tell me everyone has hit the green alcohol already!

I'll see what I can do, Butterfly49, they're nothing special but I think they're cute. :D

Operator265 03-17-2010 03:00 PM

Found out yesterday that this pinching stuff is due to leprechaun's not being able to see green, so folks are reminding you by pinching. Well, I ain't wearing green cause it makes me look ghastly sick and the poor folks who pinch me will get a return punch anyways. :boxing:
