Rainin' here in Florida too, getting a little thunder, but no word on an actual tornado just yet. Maybe I'll hear about one tomorrow at work. ;)

Rain up here in WI as well and it is not suppose to stop until Sunday some time. Well at least it's not snow.

I've never seen so much snow in my whole gosh darned life. Last year in Mid TN. we had so much rain I thought about building an ark. Two by two - let's get on board.

Reporting the weather from Southern California ~

Sun was and still is shining all day long...a bit chilly this morning, had to wear a sweatshirt on the walk...washed truck in T-shirt and jeans...but it was short weather....

Will continue tsunami watch....

In Iowa we had 55+ degrees and sun off and on...BUT rain is scheduled for tomorrow through Sunday :(

Normally I don't mind...just regular mopping...and about 1/2 the time Angie does it with her steam cleaner...but today they were due the old hand/brush scrubbing on my knees with my work knee pads.

So I finished mopping and scrubbing the dining room floor, kitchen, 3 bathrooms and the entry way....vacuumed the rest of the house and clean the counters and dusted the little bit that needed it...

then NAVY nephew comes home for the week-end....

walking across my newly scrubbed entry way tile floor in his muddy boots....aaarrrgghhhhh :mad:

Chewed him out...gave him a hug :hug:

and listened to his BS story..."I didn't know you were home Uncle Gary...where is your truck?"

"In the shop knucklehead...so if I you knew I was home you would have taken your boots off?"

"Yeah...but since I didn't think you were home I was just going to sweep up the mud if I left any"

Man...I should have done a better job of raising him....;)

We spend a fortune on poop bags....Angie buys the biodegradable ones...x-tra large for these girls....we don't leave home w/o them...ever...they have little pouches hooked to their leashes.
