Tonight we have salmon, roasted butternut squash/kale, and rice for the family.

I also made a simple broccoli soup for tomorrow (dance class days are hectic) and plan to serve it to the family with some cheese and biscuits.

I made a butternut/pumpkin soup with a hybrid plant that my best friend gave me. I plan to give the family biscuits with it.

Ha, with the biscuits that I didn't serve in my last post! That day they had grilled cheese with their broccoli soup.

Last night was feta/bacon burgers w/homemade pickles and spinach salad w/homemade maple/Dijon vinaigrette (yum...has been put in permanent rotation). Hubs had sun-dried tomatoes on his burger.

I just bought an Instant Pot that came in last night and I've never used a pressure cooker at all before (despite getting one for Christmas last year). I'm LOST, but I'm going to go to the grocery store and try to pick something up to try...I'm browsing recipes now.

Wish me luck!

I had one for two years before I tried it (and I'm a chemistry teacher). Just read the directions and familiarize yourself with all of the parts and you'll do just fine. Good luck!

It's pretty daunting! I planned on making chicken breasts from frozen to start tonight and using it with some peanut sauce (made with peanut flour) and frozen Asian veggie mix.

Last night I had the leftover Ethiopian that my husband didn't eat. Tonight I'm going to Instant Pot some chicken breasts, then make kung pao zoodles.
