Last night was feta/bacon burgers w/homemade pickles and spinach salad w/homemade maple/Dijon vinaigrette (yum...has been put in permanent rotation). Hubs had sun-dried tomatoes on his burger.
I just bought an Instant Pot that came in last night and I've never used a pressure cooker at all before (despite getting one for Christmas last year). I'm LOST, but I'm going to go to the grocery store and try to pick something up to try...I'm browsing recipes now.
Last night was Chicken Tikka Masala with onion/mint yogurt sauce.
Followed by a yummy lemon brioche for dessert.
Yum, yum, and yum!

Wish me luck!
I had one for two years before I tried it (and I'm a chemistry teacher). Just read the directions and familiarize yourself with all of the parts and you'll do just fine. Good luck!

It's pretty daunting! I planned on making chicken breasts from frozen to start tonight and using it with some peanut sauce (made with peanut flour) and frozen Asian veggie mix.
Last night we had homemade 4-ways w/onions (Cinci chili w/spaghetti, cheese, and onions .....hot sauce and oyster crackers optional). My brother was up from Florida and was craving them
