i had tri tip that was dissapointing and there was no artichoke hardly in the actual artichoke...sadness...so i ate a chia chocolate and almond bar.

I had raw lasagna for dinner again, although I skipped the avocado pesto this time and just had cashew cheese and raw tomato sauce. Plus I was lazy and didn't want to clean the mandolin as I already had enough dishes lol so I just chopped up the zucchini.

So I was going to have what I had last night but decided I really wanted a sandwich and some egg salad. So I made a sandwich with gf light tapioca bread, veggie cheese slice, avocado, spinach, shredded carrot, and homemade tempeh bacon. Then the salad was 3 egg whites, green onion, chopped up pickle, vegenaise, and mustard. Simple and good.

Last night I had leftover ropa vieja with sauteed cabbage and 1/4 cup of yellow rice.
Tonight I'll probably make myself a flatbread pizza - maybe mushroom and spinach with jalapenos.
