small Gravenstein apple, broccoli & 1/2 tsp walnut oil, choc. protein shake
later, before bed felt starved so ate more broccoli, HB egg, tofu

Yesterday's snacks were choc protein shake, Gravenstein apple, marinaded tofu, and right before bed grazed on, of all things, Bubbie's sauerkraut. It's very mild, and probiotic because it isn't made with vinegar. Hit the spot.

Some Peperoni - 55 Calories
Total: 215 calories
Put those all together and it was freaking delicious.
