I feel blissful, I have had Total Control over any food snacks today.
Today I went all day without any snacking except ice water and 5 red licorice vines. I think this extreme heat wave has most to do with my blissful feeling of Total Control over my Appetite.
I had cereal, Cheerios for Breakfast and diluted milk
I had salad with non fat dressing and some tiny bits of baked chicken on top
I had 2 wheat (high fiber ) tortillas with leftover chicken and rice w/ 1 slice cheese for last meal.
Then gym for 1 hr
Then a non fat vanilla yogurt with 2 apple , brown sugar, and fiber cereal pieces smoothy, and ice cubes blended into it for extra cold smoothy...
Its now 9pm and I feel totally blissful and not feeling a sore tummy like earlier, before I ate dinner. My last meal of the day really makes a difference.
Thank you guys for reminding me why I am so glad that Trader Joe's is too far away to frequent!
Yesterday I snacked on some cucumber slices (okay, I ate an ENTIRE cucumber) dipped in a mix of Greek yogurt and hot sauce. I also had a little bit of feta cheese with green olives.
You're right nonameslob! Sometimes I tell myself I need someting from TJ just to have an excuse for the samples, or some things like those choc almonds.
Ah, stress! A bottle of Starbucks liced coffee, the lightly sweetened kind with 2% milk. And a small bag of combos at 260 calories. Probably should have read the bag first.
I love dark chocolate covered almonds! I had 1 dark chocolate covered almond today for a snack and 2 homemade plantain chips. haha so random, but just needed a teeny snack to get me through cooking my lunch
