Had way too much, but it was so delicious!
-Fried Bbq tofu steaks
-vegetables in a hearty cream sauce
-gluten free chocolate cake with dark chocolate frosting
All homemade and amazing and filled with more calories than I can fathom lol
My fluffed my dinner tonight. I tried to cook a french speciality called Quenelles which i have had several times in france and i love them. But my effort was a complete disaster and a waste of a lot of food which annoys the pants of me.
Glass of wine.
Unable to eat what i'd cooked and it was getting late and i was hungry so i had to throw a vegie paste into the oven to defrost.
Before that i had had a banana and a large piece of fresh pineapple.
And then after my paste i had 3/4 cup stewed apple and 1/2 cup yoghurt.
Then i was good.
I had a homemade gluten free burrito with chicken, zucchini, and cheese in it that I made and froze a few weeks ago. I topped it with light sour cream, picamas, sriracha, and cilantro. Lazy dinner!
Deep fried fresh-caught bass with corn on the cob. That was a treat for sure! My parents had me over for dinner. I brought watermelon and strawberries for dessert
Tonight will be chicken cesar salad.

Last nights dinner we ordered cheese less pizza with mushrooms olives and banana peppers on whole wheat crust.2 big glasses if wine
Tonight
Grilled chicken trenders and oven roasted broccoli
Last night was tuna and avocado in romaine wraps with bell peppers on the side.
TJ's was out of zucchini, so tonight will be a rare indulgence of GF fusilli (instead of zucchini noodles) with italian sausage and pepper and onions in pasta sauce, with cauliflower breadsticks. I am really excited to try the breadsticks recipe - I haven't done any cauliflower crust recipes or anything of the sort before.
