Last night I had sardines with jalapenos and nut thins, then had a bit of bbq turkey kielbasa. I didn't want to cook at all.
Tonight I may have chicken or maybe a scallop or fish stir fry.

Today for dinner I had curry chicken meatballs over rice with a small piece of naan and a green salad with homemade blue cheese vinaigrette dressing

Tonight I plan to either microwave a serving of turkey pumpkin chili from my freezer, or maybe make zucchini noodles and meatballs - though I'm not sure if I have marinara thawed right now. Maybe that will wait until tomorrow or the following day. One of these nights I'm making beef stew and may make some corn chowder.

I got home from work and my boyfriend grilled us a sriracha/thyme chicken that he had marinating and put together some salads for us.
Today I'm making zoodles, turkey/zucchini meatballs and marinara (I had the forethought to pull it from the freezer last night).

We had a huge rushed night so I bought a cafe steamer meal from the grocery store so that we could heat and eat. I will say that it was a good start, but absolutely missing real flavor. I had to add herbs, more veggies, and spices to make it semi-palatable. I've had so many busy weekends lately that I'm looking forward to being able to make quite a few dishes this Sunday for freezer meals.
I should have just eaten one of my soups instead.

Last night was turkey tacos with refried black beans. Tonight is grilled cheese with petso and tomato, and Munchy's spicy blue cheese tomato soup!
Mmm...maintenance break = bread...
