Wow, you ladies are really doing great. CurlyGrrl, I wish you could send me some of that energy.

I did the 3 mile express this morning. Take care.

This afternoon I did the 3 mile Super Fat Burning workout with the ab belt! It was a great workout--one I hadn't done for quite a while!

Hi everyone!!!!

I did my weigh in and I lost 2 more pounds. I'm up to 23 pounds lost!!! Yeah!!!

So I looked through my WATP DVDs and found an unopened one. Something like 2 mile super fat burning. There were squats and lunges and weights. It was pretty nice. I did my toning tape too. DH and I are going to take the doggies for a 2 mile walk in about an hour so I'm going to lounge on the pool again. CurlyGrrl, I'll think of you as I float. I do need to turn on the solar heaters today, though. It was a little chilly yesterday (we're leaving the cover off and DH thinks the temp should be 82 and I like it at 86). So it was 82 and I was cold in the 100 degree heat. BTW, DH doesn't use the pool - don't you all think I should have the final say??? So today, I'm turning the heaters on (BTW, they don't cost anything extra since they're solar system) and he can lump it. Okay, thanks for letting me vent...

Woohoo, go Marie!! And I definitely agree, if you're the one using the pool I reckon you should be able to choose the temp

Ha ha Tammy, well, my extra energy didn't do me much good- I felt icky all that afternoon and evening- damn PMS is playing havoc with me this month

Well, I did the 3 Mile with weights this morning, and I fitted in a quick mile with weights this evening which took me to my final goal for July- I've walked 40 miles with my Leslie DVDs, yay!

Although I've worked out quite a bit over the past few years this was my first ever fitness goal- feels nice to know I got there. I'll be upping the goal for August, not sure what I will be aiming for yet, and I want to get a pedometer soon so I can include my regular walking too.

Have a great weekend everyone!

I spent the ENTIRE day shopping with DD, so I wasn't really feeling like exercise when we got home. BUT.....I did the 1 mile Express so I can keep my streak going--Day 210!

I got a new VHS from Leslie in the mail, too. So I'll have to try out 1-2-3 Super Fat Burner today. It's an older 3 mile workout and it looks like it uses the ab belt for some of it. I'll let you know how it is!

Way to go, CurlyGrrl, on reaching your goal!! I hope I can reach mine!

Good morning, I went to the park this morning and walked 2 and 1/2 miles. I was aiming for 3 miles but it was dripping muggy this morning. I hope to get in more later today.

Marie, the pool sounds heavenly. I say you should get to choose the temp since you use it. Enjoy!!!

Hope everyone has a good weekend.

I just finished the 1-2-3 Super Fat Burner workout and all I can say is WOW!! My arms are burning from all the arm work with the belt in the 3rd mile and I've NEVER sweat so much doing a WATP!! It was a great workout! I don't particularly care for the "dancey" style that Mary Kay has and she leads Mile 2, but it was still a great workout!

Less than 10 miles to reach my goal!

I got motivated to get closer to my goal, so tonight I did the booster mile and 15 minutes on the treadmill. Now it's off to the showers!

Sorry I haven't been around! We've been busy this week taking the kids to the zoo and pool, so I haven't been working out like I usually do...but that all changed again today! Glad to be back on track, because I was feeling HORRIBLE for missing so many workouts!

Morning Workout~ Walk and Kick

Evening Workout~ Ab Jam and Turbo Jam 20 Minute Workout

Happy Sunday everyone, I got my day off to a good start. I did the 1 mile Jog two times and then the 1 mile Yoga Walk. In a little while, DH and I are taking the doggies for a 1.5-2 mile hike (depends on how they feel). I really am starting to like the jog WATP and wish it was 2 or 3 miles straight. Starting it over isn't great since you have to go through the warm up and cool down again. So my hope is Leslie will keep building on that series.

Have a great day!

Way to go, Marie! You're jogging!

I did the 5 mile with all the boosters today! I even wore the belt for the first 4 miles just for that extra reminder!

Have a great Sunday!
