Those were the first workout videos I tried- I like them a lot. I like Debbie, she seems sweet and encouraging and it goes at a steady yet slow enough so you can catch onto all the moves.

What is the "6" for? Slim in 6 weeks? Is it a guarentee video? I like those, they keep me motivated.

I like the SI6 videos, too. I don't use them everyday...just no time for that. It has helped me a lot, especially with arm strength. When I started the "start it up", I just about collapsed on push-up #2, but now I am almost completely keeping up with "Ramp it Up". I've been at it for more than 6 weeks, but there was no way my body was going to slim in just 6 weeks!!! I like doing the "Ramp it Up", but I switch to "Slim and Limber" instead of doing the yoga at the end of "ramp". It gives me a more satisfying stretch. Fun stuff!

Default Congrats! I'm starting Monday.

and need a few pointers. First of all, how do you rotate the dvds? Are you required to do 1 video a week or can you switch them up? Also, do you use the Beachbody supplements or just take vitamins?

Thanks! I can't wait to start on Monday.
:-)
