Good evening! Did 2 miles Leslie Sansone this morning. Power walked and ran errands before I punched in. Will go for another power walk and run errands in a few minutes. 😁❤️😷🍀

Good night! Power walked and ran errands before supper. My fitness goals for today have been attained. Watched CSI: Vegas on Primetime On Demand tonight. Watched L&O: SVU and am watching L&O: Organized Crime. Will go to bed when it’s over..😁❤️😷🍀

Hi Everyone!

I didn't get a workout in today because I cleaned the house. I got a lot of steps in even without a workout.

Tomorrow I have a memorial service to attend. Not sure about getting in a workout. Hopefully next week will be less busy.

Good morning! Last night, I took the bus to a nearby community to power walk and run errands there. Power walked to and home from supper. Ran errands on the way home. Fell asleep in front of the tv. Will be shutting down in a few minutes to go to bed. 😁❤️😷🍀

I was exhausted last night and didn't check in. I went to bed early. Yesterday morning I woke way too early, 3:30 am, and couldn't go back to sleep.
