I ate a bit more for breakfast with my medicines and I am not sick like I have been, so I guess it was just pills burning my stomach making me sick. I don't know what else to think right now.

11 minutes stability ball abs

I bought a new stability ball. It has a ring that goes around the bottom. Not tight where the ball won’t move but loosely around it to keep it from running away completely. It was really good. I was able to do the whole workout and didn’t feel scared that the ball was going to kick out from underneath me.
