got home from power walking and running errands a few minutes ago. will take the bus to a neighboring community to power walk and run errands there.

Check-In: Burn It Up, standing section approx 40 minutes, I am still working on my steps, I have 5,500 right now. My workout today was mostly strength training, so my steps are a bit low.
