good morning again! just got back from power walking and running an errand. will take a shower in a few minutes. then, i'll take the bus to a neighboring community and power walk and run errands there.

carolr, so sorry your computer was down last night. my internet was a little off this morning. I was able to get on the internet using my tablet. I had trouble using my desktop. seems to be working okay now. just had breakfast a few minutes ago. will go for a power walk and run an errand in a few minutes.
