Afternoon to everyone
this morning I completed my scheduled 30 min workout and added another short upper body for 10. This afternoon just finished a 28 min pyramid HIIT workout
went for a brief power walk after supper tonight. my fitness goals for today have been attained. went through some of my clothes this afternoon. thought i'd taken all of my 14 longs with the side elastic in them to the thrift shop last month. found another pair today. also three of the four pairs of capris I want to give away. also found two pairs of white slacks that I had never worn. both pairs still have the price tags on them. all are in a bag to be taken to the thrift shop on Saturday.
Fitness Blender 22 min kickboxing then 30 min lower body with weights.....yikes that one about did me in, I had to lower my weights doing the deadlifts. Not sure what I am doing wrong but it was starting to hurt my lower back so my form must have been off.
