I had plans to go to the gym for an additional workout but the garbage disposal came in (ours broke last week and DH ordered one through a friend in the business). I need to get everything from under the sink so DH can work.

just got back from power walking and running an errand. I will have breakfast and go for another power walk in a few minutes.

just got back from power walking and running errands. will take a shower in a few minutes. then, i'll take the bus to a neighboring community and run errands there.
