Nothing for this morning - I am going to try to do Oxycise after DH leaves for work

i'm doing very well at my tops meetings. I will graduate to kops on july 25th. that's also the night we install the new officers.

mattress and box springs finally arrived mid-afternoon. will make up the bed in a few minutes. also went for a power walk and ran an errand.
