Am happy to report that the scale is down 1.5 pounds I've been pretty stagnant for a few weeks due to too much food! Glad to be on track and happy I didn't gain while overeating.
I really wish Teacher would drop back in. She hasn't been gone this long before. I always worry about people when they quit checking in. I wish they would stop by and say that they have gotten busy, etc.

my fitness goals for today have been attained. will be going out for supper tonight. hung a load of wash up outside to dry today. smelled so nice when I took it down. will fold the towels in a few minutes. I dried those in the dryer.
Had a long walk yesterday ..... so got in over 20000 steps - didn't do the gym thing. Still really unseasonably warm here so enjoying the outdoors while I can.
i also enjoyed the outdoors today. went for a couple of walks. as I said earlier, my fitness goals for today have been attained. just have to enter them into myfitnesspal.
first mother's day without my mom. will be a hard one. worked out with leslie sansone's 32 minutes heart healthy walking at home. will get cleaned up and power walk to church.

This morning I lifted something incorrectly and strained my lower back, so I will not be working out today. I will just do my Tai Chi Chih and meditation.
