Hi all,

Have had a busy week - but mostly got in my workout goals.
Tuesday - did my session with the trainer - it was hard ....
Wednesday - rest day but managed 13000 steps - just from lots of running around at work
Thursday - Did a Yoga class

Today - I will get to the gym tonight ....

just got back from power walking and running errands in a nearby community. took down some of the wash I hung up to dry a few minutes ago. it smelled so nice! the rest of it wasn't quite dry so i'll leave it up for a few more minutes. put a load of towels in the dryer. will go for another power walk and run another errand in a few minutes. will have an early supper tonight as I have to go to church tonight.
