Diana - jump rope, too?! You are amazing!

Michelll! Mi piace Italia! Six weeks is a great amount of time to spend in one country. You'll have a blast!

Check-in:
Today I did 30m of HIIT intervals on my rowing machine. So tired! I need to take it a bit easier on myself, tomorrow. Might walk to Whole Foods

Hi everyone!

Happy Wednesday!

Michelll! Sounds like you have great goals and an awesome trip planned!

TrixiecatLAX - awesome on the rowing!
Diana - how do you like that workout? Hope hubby feels better soon and that the westher improves. We have a wind advisory here tonight, too. It's quite warm though and in the 50's.
YumaDeb - yay on Daily Burn!!

Today: T Focus 25 Total Body Circuit. Oh my god - part of this workout were very difficult. My shoulders and core are on fire!

Good Morning, Everyone!

DH is feeling much better this morning.

Laura I love boxing and KB but I find her rounds too complicated. She strings together too many different punches and kicks. I just hate having to think that much.

Last night I added on: Tamilee Webb's Total Body Stretch (seated)
This Morning: 1/2 Oxycise Level 2 workout

Have a great day!

Good morning, everyone

Thanks, TurboLaura! I love my rowing sessions. It's challenging and definitely gets the oxygen pumping in and out of these lungs, which need it.

I am indeed going to take it a bit easier on myself, today. I'm going to do the 4 mile round trip walk to Whole Foods. I think that my muscles could use a bit of a break.

Have a great day, everyone.

Hi Everyone!

TrixieCatLAX
I love Whole Paycheck, oops, I mean Whole Foods! I think I would be in trouble if I lived 2 miles from it.

I worked on getting our tax stuff together so I can take it to the CPA. I needed a shorter workout since tax stuff took up so much time. I think my HR was up the entire time with this workout and there was no actual cardio.

Check-In: KCM's Circuit Burn - sculpt & legs premix - w/12's

Waving Hi all around! Enjoy your evening!

Hahaha, I know! Whole Foods is so expensive. Still, they have some yummy treats. I probably am the only person who goes in there and leaves without paying more than $10!

I am sooooo tired, though. I am going to need to skip WF walking today. I'll try to do 15-20m of bodyweight exercises in the evening, but we'll see.

Default thank you

thanks for the warm welcomes everyone. I am having a bad day, so I am doing my best to talk myself out of doing anything. we have a crazy neighbor and long-story-short, we just got a letter from him last night saying he was going to sue us for something stupid if we don't give him $406,000. yes, that is correct. we spoke to an attorney this morning who basically laughed it off, said the guy is a nutbag and doesn't stand a chance, but the idea of all the stress, and the MONEY. OMG> I did some research on the guy this morning and evidently he has been filing frivolous lawsuits for about 30 years. I'm not sure how or why we got in his cross hairs, but the idea of spending thousands of dollars on attorneys fees for a lawsuit that could drag on for years,... ugg! we aren't wealthy people but we've worked super hard to get ahead and my husband wants to retire next year.

CAN YOU SAY STRESS????? I do not do well (eating wise) under stress

Oh, my gosh, Michelll. That's terribly stressful. I wish that people with a track record of filing crazy lawsuits could get banned from doing it. I'm sure that your lawyer is right. Don't let yourself get to wrapped up in this weirdo's dumb threat.

Not to preach, but... EXERCISE of the body really does a lot for a stressed out mind. Just a thought.

Good Morning, Everyone! TGIF!

Last night I added on: Tamilee Webb's Total Body Stretch (standing)
Nothing for this morning since it's my early day

Laura The new workouts you mentioned, are they the Firestarter and Low Hiit's? I bought these during a sale. I want to make sure there aren't any new, new workouts that I'm not aware of. You know how much I love Turbo.

Waving Hi all around! Have a great weekend!
