Hi Everyone!

TrixieCatLAX I love TF. There are some toning workouts in the program but the focus is cardio. I really wish they would come out with more workouts.

Check-In: KCM's Slim Sculpting - combined workouts - w/12 dumbbell - this is a KB workout but there is a modifier who uses a dumbbell

Waving Hi all around

Hi!

TrixiecatLAX - . Turbo Fire is AWESOME! It got me into the best shape of my life (comfortable size 6 and yes, this is my goal again!). Intense workouts and Chalene is fabulous! Diana - agreed completely that she should make a Tubo 2!!!! I can seriously feel soreness in my lower body from Day 1 of T Focus 25. Butt and legs are sore!

Today: T Focus 25 Speed 1.0. Looking forward to it!

Thanks a bunch, TurboLaura & Diana. I am always on the lookout for new stuff to try.

Today, I really pushed myself. And I won! I did 20 minutes of HIIT rowing in the morning and after work did my weekly Temescal hike. Phew, it was hard, but I feel good!

I hope that everyone has a good evening

Good Morning, Everyone!

Nothing for last night or this morning. DH has been sick for the last couple of days. He finally agreed to take some Immodium AD this morning. It seems like he catches everything that comes his way. We don't know if it's food related or a bug. Hopefully things will calm down with the medicine.

We are suppose to be getting severe weather today. In fact, some of the schools have decided not to open today. I pray it doesn't get as bad as they are talking about. We are suppose to get hurricane force winds.

Waving HI all around. Have a good day.

HI gang, I have a big goal of 6,000 miles on my bicycle this year. So far I am about 775 I think. It's a pretty good start since it is the dead of winter here. I also attend a circuit training class 3X a week, taught by my husband. Today I did 50 minutes (15 miles) on my indoor training while watching Itialian lessons on YouTube. My hubby and I are going to be in Italy this summer for 6 weeks so I need to be sure I have a small grasp on some key phrases like "no oil"... I am happy to be here.
