Went biking Saturday morning with the group. I was strong! I ate a lot of high iron foods the past two weeks and I think I finally got my iron back!
Sunday morning I ran a 5K - yeah, kind of weird on mother's day. But I had signed up for it a few months ago without realizing it would be Mother's Day. It was for a local pet rescue organization that we adopted our dog from a few years ago. THen afterwards I went biking with DH - 39 miles. Ate way too much junk but I guess it's okay after all that exercise. Today is strength training.
Lilian - same here - so hot! We got no Spring this year in Orlando.
Anyway, ran 5.5 miles this morning. Felt really good even though I was completely drenched in sweat (TMI) all the way down to the tips of the braids in my hair.
Ran 3.5 miles this morning and stretched.
I didn't go very long because we might do a group bike ride at 6 tonight, but I was afraid it would rain and then I'd get no exercise if I didn't get a little something in!
