Tuesday...Walked 80 mins of doing errands..

Wed,,and Today did nothing, just resting..bad sciatica and was doing light housecleaning for bulk pick up and reguar trash...and an appointment..even when I was doing dishes, did not do any side steps..When doing other things, get side track off mindset..ugh.
