No work out yesterday, only did my squats. I've been feeling really emotionally drained, PMS or something...it's dulling my spark.

Jessica Smith TV -Barefoot Fusion Walk (walking, cardio, low impact, fat burning) - 28 minutes
Day 7 of squat challenge. Wooo hooo
Zeta we've made it this far, lets keep it up! I'm definitely feeling that burn.
I WILL squeeze in a Leslie Sansone walk this evening once my daughters in bed
