Didn't make it over to the gym after class, so I decided to do some more work outs from home.
This evening i did:
Barefoot Fusion Walk (walking, cardio, low impact, fat burning) by Jessica Smith Tv. 28 mins
also did some squats and lower body exercises for my bottom

I keep thinking that I need to add in some more strength training - especially for my arms -- any suggestions?
Did the 2 mile brisk walk again today -- I like that it's 30 minutes from start to finish.

Check out Jessica Smith TV on youtube, I'm going to link you to her playlist with all of her upper body work outs. These are the ones I do when I really want my arms to get a good work out too.

This evening after I put my daughter to bed I did mile 4 & 5 from Leslie's 5 mile fat burning walk. Also did some squats and lower body exercises. My legs are still burning and sore lol

Work outs this morning/afternoon :
Cardio Core Flow (fat burning, cardio, barefoot, low impact, abs exercises) - 15 minutes
Fat burning pilates - 20 minutes
Leslie Sansone mile 1 of the 5 mile fat burning walk - 12 minutes

This evening I did mile 2 & 3 of the 5 mile fat burning walk, tried to do the full 5 but my legs are killing me lol i might need a rest day tomorrow but we'll see. Hope you all are having a great weekend
