Howdy neighbor, lol. Same kind of weather here, it is so windy right now and tornado watches all around, look out for the hail, on and on.... (have I mentioned I am TERRIFIED of storms??) Hold me somebody, lol. (not actually joking all the way, lol)

I had to change my ticker up 5 pounds, I just can't seem to get my food under control right now. It actually hurt to have to add those 5 pounds back on there, sigh.
Cardio Sculpt dvd w/ Violet Zaki I think is her name: 45 minutes and the 8 minute bonus abs. I didn't like her cool down (not enough stretching) so i did my own. 53 minutes

Did the first 3 miles of the 4 fast and firm miles with boosted walking.

My Zumba DVD is a pretty good workout. My mom had purchased the Zumba Exhilarate DVD set online awhile back but never used them, so she sent them over to me. I'm just on the first disc now. I'll let you all know when I've got the hang of it and do the real workout. Just learning the steps for now.

I love that one, Ataraxia! Those 12 min. miles are the best!

Tubo-Hope it is going well in your neck of the woods! We have had a ton of rain here in my part of OK, but tornadoes have been going on south of me. Several, in fact. Still storming all around, but so thankful for the rain!

Hope you feel better quickly, Carol! Hugs!

We missed tornadoes here and the hail thank goodness. Windy but no damage to anything too badly that I know of. I hope our farmland and 5 ponds got drenched too though, it always seems to just miss our little plot, sigh. I told my hubby that I wish I could suck up the water from the ditches and low spots and transport it to our ponds, lol. I guess I could line our truck with plastic, we do have a pump, lol. Do you think we would get in trouble for doing that?? LOL!

hey gang

I just did 3 miles I used the 5K with a Twist dvd. I made my goal for the week and I am very glad about that. It's probably been a year since I got in exercise 5 straight days in a week.

I took off of work today to cook a gumbo for friends that are coming in from out of town, so I've got to get with it.

hope everybody has a great weekend!
later gaters, cathy

P.S. Down one pound, finally. I also adjusted my goal number. I've wrestled with adjusting it up from the original 140. I honestly don't know if I can ever make it there. So I am shooting for 150 for now (which I had originally gotten to about 2.5 yrs ago and where I felt good) and reevaluate then.
