hey gang :wave: hope everybody had a good weekend! we are having BEAUTIFUL weather down here in Louisiana :cheer:

I did 2 miles this morning. I used the Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan dvd, and did the purple and green miles, along with the warmup and cool down.

Umimar - I've never used wrist weights, but I do use hand weights.

Umimar, some of my hand weights can be slid onto the wrists and I'ved used them that way before. I've never used more than 2 pounds on each wrist. Sometimes add 1 pound per hand.

I love the 2 mile walk strong with 5 lb wrist weights. I think the 3 mile with 5lb is a bit too much. I feel so much stronger since I started that.

Walk Slim 4 Fast Miles w/ band this morning!! I'm trying to get in a bit extra to make up for the FRIED chicken tenders I ate last night....with french fries.:o

I'm looking for a thread/group I feel comfy with here to do daily accountability.
