Hello gang!! I took the weekend and yesterday off from exercise. I got in a LOT of walking Saturday, not sure how much, but alot! Didn't get much sleep over the weekend either and had alot going on so I slept in yesterday. Got back to it this morning.
Walk Slim 4 Fast Miles:carrot: Sometimes when I take a day off I get a little worried at seeing how easy it would be to revert back to never exercising. I hope I am never tempted to do that. I feel so good when I do. |

I did 2 miles this morning. I used the Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan and did the yellow & blue miles, along with the warmup and cooldown. Annie - I know exactly what you mean girl! hope everybody has a great :running: day! |

Hi everybody! I had last week off (spring break) but I continued my walks outside, this time. Yesterday I did 3 miles, and today 4 miles from the last video.
Annie, I totally understand you. I haven't exercised for as much as you have, as a matter of fact, I have really started (since February) and since I don't really like it (I do it because I have to and I know it's good, and you feel better after you do it, but before doing it, I don't want to :P) I am afraid if I stop for a couple of days, I won't go back, therefore, I don't stop :P I envy people that say they are hooked to exercising, that's not me :( |
