Today - 12-mile bicycle ride and just came back from a 2-mile walk (it is going to be in the high 90's today and I wanted to get this walk in while it was cool).

I've been doing 2 mi. or 3 mi. in the morning and 2 in the afternoon or evening. Sure beats being out in this heat!!

I know there is only 2 days left of the month but thought I would post my exercise here if okay...I mostly do the WATP dvd's and love 'em!

Today...3 Mile Slim & Sleek Walk w/pilates & Denise Austin's burn fat fast...what a killer!

No exercise tomorrow as I have to help a friend move...although, that IS exercise!

See you ladies in August
