Hey ladies!
I am just now checking back in. We got home Saturday evening. Just had a wonderful time with my sons. Just about as close to a perfect week as we could get.
With all my good intentions I still only did formal exercise once while I was gone. I measured out a half mile walk and did that to equal two miles there. Better than nothing I suppose. We did do alot of walking while there, but that isn't the same as actual exercise to me.
Didn't get much sleep Sunday night, so slept in and did not exercise Mon. Still didn't sleep well last night, but did get up and back to it with the 2 Mile High Energy Burn w/ weights. It felt so good to move and I didn't really feel the effects of not exercising last week.
Cathy-Are you sleeping any better??
