Hi, Gettinfit. I've been really sick - 5 days of stomach flu, one migraine, and now a terrible cold. Today was my first workout in more than a week. I did a 2 mile treadmill walk and Fitprime Flexposture. Hopefully I will have energy to do more tomorrow!

Now I've moved on to a sinus infection. I did a 2 mile treadmill walk and Fitprime Floorburn on Thurs. Yesterday, I tried to do Max Cardio Burn after my 2 mile treadmill walk and only got through half of it before I was spent.

Tue - Cardio Overdrive
Wed - Cardio Party
Thur - Ab work & 15 min walk

Hi, Gettinfit. I'm still getting back into the swing of working out. I am doing better, but my stamina isn't all back yet. Today I did a 2 mile treadmill walk, Jiggle Free Buns, and one section of Focus Breakthrough.

Yesterday I did a 40 minute walk in the morning and a 3 mile up hill walk in the afternoon.

Today I did Hi Def Sculpt.
