Hi, Gettinfit. Sunday I did 2 two mile dog walks. Yesterday I had a migraine, so I took a rest day. Today I walked the dog 2 miles, did Total Body Toner and half of Jiggle Free Abs.

Hi there Chrys. Hope your migrane is completely gone. I worked late on Mon & Tuesday and missed working out. Today I did Cardio Inferno.
I will be going out of town until Monday so I won't check in until then. I plan on doing some walking and I'll try and workout at the hotel. I hope you have a great weekend. |

I was a at the thrift store and got a set of firm videos 3 and to steps one large and one small for $5.OO I did one of the workouts and it darn near killed me but I'm ready to go at it again (l.o.l)

Hi Chrys, I had a great trip and I'm so excited because I didn't gain any weight. I did lots of walking while I was away and I watched what I ate.
Welcome she 31 - I'm glad you found your FIRM workouts. If you keep them up, you WILL see good results. Tonight I did a 2.75 mile up hill walk. Tomorrow will be a FIRM day. |

Welcome she31! Firm workouts are killer, but very effective if you do them consistently! Today I did Total Body Time Crunch and a 2 mile dog walk. Yesterday I did one dog walk, and right after we started the 2nd one, the thunder/lightening/pouring rain started, so we gave up! Saturday I did Body Sculpt, core solutions standing abs, and a dog walk. That's enough checking in for today! Chrys Dayley |
