How's everyone doing in their respective P90 or P90X programs??
I bought P90 back in Decmeber and consistently go back to it, I just haven't gotten past 3 weeks straight of doing it
I just did it again today for the first time in about 5 weeks. Makes me angry to think about where I would have been if I would have just stayed with it! argh! Hopefully this annoyance will keep me on track this time!!
I really struggle with the Power Yoga, after 2 weeks of it in December my wrist really hurt badly - that's what made me stop the first go round. The other times I'd try it, but couldn't even figure out how to modify it and then get frustrated by it. So this time, I'm skipping the power yoga on the "Sweat" program all together. Maybe once I've lost some weight it won't be so bad on my wrists and I'll be able to stick it out
