Welcome Hotchild, I'm on Level 1 of the shred and will be moving on to Level 2 in two days. I've been combining this with Jillian's Yoga Meltdown and sometimes No More Trouble Zones. I have yet to try Banish Fat Boost Metabolism but I have that too. I also do C25K training 5 days a week. So far I've stuck with this for 8 days, but it's tough. Good luck with your journey and keep us posted

Hi Everyone,
I just got 30DS at Walmart yesterday, about to do it now, I will combine it with Turbo Jam or Hip Hop Abs for extra cardio. Good luck shredding all!

Wall today was day one... Man, I love Jillian, she makes me sweat like ****...I am content with how I did today, tough I had to pause video 3 or 4 times...but I didn't do any modifying except push ups and the last strenght move-side lunge and shoulder raise, I have a 4.5lbs dumbells and may shoulders are week, so I did 10 side lunges with anterior raises and then continued doing them with just lifting my arms, I had to drop the weight, both times...
Tommorow is CardioMax day

I can't believe how sore I am after just one day of 30DS. I woke up this morning feeling concious about almost every muscle in my body! But I love that feeling because something is happening inside my body.
Today was the day scheduled for CardioMax level 1, I did it with 2 or 3 pauses, without weights. I will add weights next week. So far so good, but I am happy for tommorow is rest day
Thursday is 30DS day again.

Hi girls its great to see you guys are still at the shred. I unfortunately fell off the shred wagon at about day 26, i had been taking a few rest days and was just getting very bored to be honest. But i must say the shred did great things for me i lost around 18 pounds while doing it and about an inch from everywhere (i did the shred along with calorie restriction of around 1200 and some other cardio every few days). But thats not even the part im happiest with, really what the shred did for me was up my endurance and i've started running now and am so happy. Keep on shredding girls it's so worth it

Here are some before/after photos from my 30 day Shred experience.
I lost a total of 11 lbs and 13.5 inches in the 35 days I did the Shred. I'm working on P90 now and still have a way to go but I'm getting there!

wow...definitely see a difference. looks like you'll reach goal doing a round of p90.

Hey guys, I just started the 30DS today and man, it was tough! I watched it through a couple days ago at first, but it was still tougher than I expected. I had to pause for a minute halfway through it because I felt nauseous. But I made it!

I finally found this thread!
I have been doing the 30DS for 8 days (today will be 9), except for 2 days-one day I didnt get to exercise at all, the other day I did all of the exercises on my own at work). I wanted to find out, since I have never done a workout like this, why my muscles feel so tight and...I don't know how to describe it, maybe fatigued? And my muscles feel so heavy.
I was reading through the thread and noticed that some said that you should take a break here and there instead of doing it 30 days straight. I'm like another person on here; if I take a break, I may not start back up. So I thought about dragging out my Gazelle machine or recumbent bike to do on the off days. I would love to try pilates, but cannot afford even a dvd right now.
I really want to work my whole body (especially my bum-it needs a lift LOL).
Anyway, I love doing the shred and I am amazed at my endurance considering the disaster that was day 1. I cant wait until I see visible results.

Wow!! You look great! I want to finish out the 30DS and maybe attempt P90 (the hubby has it), but right now it looks very intimidating.

What size weights did everyone use? I can't seem to get through some of the stuff with 8lb weights, so I have to use 5 for about half of the moves. I only do this every other day, started a couple weeks ago, and am just now able to get through level one without having to stop

Day 2...And omg I'm SO sore! I stretched some before starting the dvd. I can really feel it in my thighs, butt and back.
