I finally found this thread!
I have been doing the 30DS for 8 days (today will be 9), except for 2 days-one day I didnt get to exercise at all, the other day I did all of the exercises on my own at work). I wanted to find out, since I have never done a workout like this, why my muscles feel so tight and...I don't know how to describe it, maybe fatigued? And my muscles feel so heavy.
I was reading through the thread and noticed that some said that you should take a break here and there instead of doing it 30 days straight. I'm like another person on here; if I take a break, I may not start back up. So I thought about dragging out my Gazelle machine or recumbent bike to do on the off days. I would love to try pilates, but cannot afford even a dvd right now.
I really want to work my whole body (especially my bum-it needs a lift LOL).
Anyway, I love doing the shred and I am amazed at my endurance considering the disaster that was day 1. I cant wait until I see visible results.
