I just finished Day 2 and boy am I feeling it!

My arms are for sure the worst, but I guess that's my bad since I decided to start with 5 pound weights... I have to agree though, those side lunges are the WORST!

I'm hoping I can get through all 30 days straight, but I'm pretty sore right now, so we'll see how that goes...

Way to go Jeni!!! Stick with it! How'd you do the past couple of days? I'm working with 4 lb weights, and my arms are feeling it. P.S. I HATE those side lunges!

I was SUPER sore from the first day, and that combined with this wicked head cold I've got made me give in and miss out on my 2nd day. Boo!

But I pulled it together and popped in the DVD today and worked it out. Unfortunately I felt like I was going to be sick half way through! Definitely a result of the cold, I've never felt sick during a workout before. Maybe I should've laid low, but I finished it and I'll do it all over again tomorrow!

Hello! Newbie here... :-)

I'm on Day 8 of Level 1... however, I've also started doing Level 2 (so I can memorize the steps and not have to wear my glasses while working out)... Level 2 is so much more difficult and I wasn't able to finish the last 5 or so minutes I only have 2 more days of Level 1 and then moving to Level 2... I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed by how hard this level is!!!

Anyone have advice on how I can get motivated to continue level 2?!!

hi everybody great work i love to read sbout your progress.. im on l1d5 i did it twice yesterday.. i notice some diferrence already i'm so happy.. i cant stand jillians voice anymore i hate-love her so i just listen to music and watch them this is first thing that i actually like i'm pretty sure i'll do it all the way.. i also start diet same day ( nothing special just cut off salt ,sweet and alcohol
