I did 2 miles this morning. I used 2 different one mile walks. I did The In Home Walking 1 mile walk (it's old but I like it) and from the Walk-Eat-Lose Mini Walk dvd I did the 1 mile Brisk Mile (or I think it's called something like that).
Hey - I just found something on youtube that y'all might like. It is a downloaded 2 mile walk from Leslie. I'm not sure what the name of it - maybe someone here will know. But I'm thinking this may be her "Walk This Way" dvd since I don't have that one.
I am started walking yesterday. One hour during lunch two hours after work on my way home. I plan to do this every day for the entire month of may. Hopefully, I will see results.
I just bought these Leslie Sansone DVDs. Mine is the bootcamp series. Can't wait to start em'!

Did the 3 mile, 45 min. Boot Camp this morning. Sure am having a cramp/pain in my left upper back. I think it is a combo of trying to watch my posture and the increase in hand weights last week. My posture has always been terrible, but since starting the WATP DVDs, I pay alot more attention to it and hope I am holding myself correctly.
