I've heard so many diet "tricks" that have failed me that I can't even recount them. I now realize they didn't work because there is NO TRICK to this.

Avoid foods that spike my blood sugar and lead to overeating.

Yoghurt. Both soy and the regular kind. <3 And every single fruit, except mangos. I love fruit~

Every single commercial for diet products. "You can eat whatever you want, just take this pill and you'll lose 5 pounds a week." Suuuuuuuuure.

Eat natural foods. Even though packaged foods might contain less calories, they also contain less nutrients and have loads of added crap.
