Goal: Lose one-tenth of a pound a week, going no lower than a healthy BMI of 18.5.

So, a pound over my week's goal, but less than a pound over my last unofficial weigh-in for November (108.6). Not bad considering that fourth week in November I was eating like a maniac compared to normal, due to travel and the holiday. So winning!
I would love to make my goal for this coming Sunday 108.2, but I'm going to just see what happens. I'm still doing 1200 a day, probably fasting on Saturday so I can add that day's 1200 to Sunday's usual 2400.
