Goal: Lose at least a tenth of a pound a week, going no lower than a healthy BMI of 18.5. Daily calories 1200, plus "free" 1/2 cup frozen blueberries. Sunday is an "up" day, with unlimited calories, if goal for week is met (otherwise 2400 calories)!

Already having issues with the new rules. There is no way I want to pay, calorie-wise, for pomegranate juice and greens. SO...halved the pj serving to 1/4 cup a day, and made the greens serving ONE and not UP TO A WHOLE BAG, and both of those are free. Made the 1/2 cup blueberries NOT free, and am willing to pay for that (40 cals).
