    Thanks Hunger for the support! Something flared my UC up again, maybe too much coffee these past 2 weeks or the celebratory glass of wine over the weekend. So it could be bloat, constipation etc...who knows. Time to cut out some caffeine, and reign it in a little.
    Had to do the same thing, as it was wreaking havoc on my hormones. Enjoying a bit o' decaf right now (of course, it's accompanied by six squares of Ghirardelli "Midnight Reverie" chocolate, but I'm sure that has NO caffeine in it, right? ).

    Kifli, it's wonderful to see you! Yes, a lot of us have gained over the summer, and are still working it off. Welcome back, and I know you'll do well. You are such a wonderful source of support and encouragement here.

    Hunger- Yeah I wonder if it was the green tea, or maybe the sugar free Carmel I was adding to my starbucks misto. That stuff is full of chemicals and I need to back off. Chocolate in coffee sounds divine, but it is actually probably loaded with caffeine lol.

    In weight related news this TOM 2x a month is really old. I am afraid to switch BCP because what if it makes me gain 10 lbs?
